At Travel Ball Warehouse, we know you need your gear fast so you can get back to what matters—supporting your athlete. We work hard to process and ship orders quickly and efficiently.
FREE SHIPPING on All Orders
That's right—every order ships FREE, no minimum purchase required! We believe in making quality travel sports gear accessible and affordable for every family.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- During peak tournament season (spring/summer), processing may take up to 3 business days
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days) - FREE
- Available on all orders
- Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
- Upgrade available at checkout: $19.95
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
- Upgrade available at checkout: $29.95
Shipping times are estimates and begin after the order is processed. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier delays.
Large Item Shipping
Some items require special handling due to size:
- Shade Canopies, Rooftop Cargo Storage, and Large Coolers may require additional shipping time and freight delivery
- FREE shipping still applies
- Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (Standard Shipping only)
We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- Real-time tracking updates via email
- Tracking information accessible through your account
Delivery Issues
Missing Package: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact us at jeff.law@travelballwarehouse.com within 7 days
Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage immediately
- Do not discard packaging materials
- Contact us at jeff.law@travelballwarehouse.com within 48 hours
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address?
- Contact us immediately at jeff.law@travelballwarehouse.com
- Address changes can only be made before the order ships
- Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During major holidays and peak tournament season, shipping times may be extended. We'll notify you of any anticipated delays via email.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship most items to P.O. Boxes via USPS, but large items (canopies, rooftop cargo, large coolers) cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes and require a physical street address.
