1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required. We believe every travel sports family should have access to quality gear without worrying about extra shipping costs. Expedited and express shipping options are available for an additional fee if you need your items faster.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after processing. If you need your gear faster, we offer expedited shipping (2-3 days) and express shipping (1-2 days) for an additional charge. Large items like canopies and rooftop cargo may take 5-10 business days due to special handling requirements.
3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories. Contact us at jeff.law@travelballwarehouse.com with your order number to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. To change your shipping address, contact us immediately at jeff.law@travelballwarehouse.com—we can only modify addresses before the order ships. Once an item has shipped, standard return policies apply.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry when this happens! Contact us immediately at jeff.law@travelballwarehouse.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we're always looking to expand our reach to serve more travel sports families.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time. Tracking information is also accessible through your account on our website. You'll receive email updates throughout the delivery process.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout. All transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway to protect your information.
9. Are your coolers really worth the investment?
Absolutely! Our rotomolded coolers are built to withstand the demands of travel sports—keeping ice frozen for days, even in extreme heat. They're designed for families who spend long hours at tournaments and need reliable performance. Many customers tell us their cooler has become an essential piece of their tournament gear that lasts season after season.
10. Do you offer any warranties on your products?
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Most of our items come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 1-5 years.
