Refund & Return Policy

At Travel Ball Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Free from dirt, stains, odors, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Coolers that have been used or filled
  • Chairs and stadium seats that show signs of use
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us - Email us at jeff.law@travelballwarehouse.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization - We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions
  3. Ship It Back - Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided

Important: Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at jeff.law@travelballwarehouse.com with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the item has already shipped, standard return policies apply.
